The Diagnosys of iProductivity Service consists of three work sessions with the organization and their management team to study the impact of technology use in the business and to identify improvement areas.
The objectives are:
To offer an overall vision of the new productivity tools trhough a session in one of our demonstration rooms at the Productivity Innovation Center
To review the company's present iProductivity infrastructure through a BPIO analysis
To portray the iWorker profile from a representative group of workers who will fill in a specially designed questionnaire
To identify the business processes which are most likely to be improved by a good use of the productivity tools.
